VenueVerdict Awards 2020

22/01/2021 By VenueVerdict Awards 2020

We are delighted to announce the following VenueVerdict awards for 2020. After a very challenging year, we're sure you'll want to join us in congratulating the winners.

In a year that has caused substantial disruption to most of our lives, we understand that meetings and events were restricted. However, with an almost full set of data from Q1 and a large chunk of properties re-opening in Q4 we have been able to determine our 2020 award winners.

Karen Small, Head of the VenueVerdict programme, said: "With the industry gearing up for recovery in 2021 it is more important than ever for properties to ensure high levels of customer service, to regain public trust and set themselves apart from the competition. With VenueVerdict we are delighted to be able to celebrate the venues consistently offering the best levels of service in the industry."
