VenueVerdict Accreditations and Commendations – Q4 2021

Working closely with the Meeting and Events sector we understand that 2021 was another challenging year for venues. To encourage and appreciate venues that have managed to receive outstanding feedback and gone the extra mile for their customers, we have decreased our minimum number of responses required to qualify for the accreditation to just 20. We also know that there was a huge leisure demand, so for that reason, we have included feedback from social event guests in our Q4 2021 accreditations

We are delighted to announce the following additional Accreditations following the final assessment at the end of Q4 2021.

VenueVerdict Gold Standard 

The VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation is given to those properties recording a twelve-month Net Promoter Score of +70 or higher from All Events Host responses in the twelve-month period January 2021 to December 2021. Furthermore, this twelve-month period requires 20+ responses.

The VenueVerdict Highly Commended Accreditation is given to those properties recording a twelve-month Net Promoter Score of +60 or higher from All Events Host responses in the twelve-month period January 2021 to December 2021. Furthermore, this twelve-month period requires 20+ responses.
