Landlords Panel Lunch and Learn
In 2021, we launched our quarterly ‘Lunch and Learn’ sessions, covering various themes related to landlords and the UK Private Rental Sector (PRS). The aim is to help our subscribers and clients better understand various segments within the PRS and make maximum use of the wealth of data collected through BVA BDRC’s Landlords Panel.
Our first webinar in March 2021 focussed on Limited Company Landlords, and our second in June 2021 focussed on Expansionist Landlords.

Landlords Panel Subscriber Workshops
Every year we gather the brightest and the best from the UK Landlords market at our subscriber workshop. The exclusive event features a presentation of the latest Landlords Panel results, talks from industry experts and a networking lunch. At 2018's workshop, we heard from the National Landlords Association, held a live Q&A of Mortgage Brokers and the Resolution Foundation presented finding from their 'Housing across the Generations' report.
