On the eve of the Hotel Insights Forum, we visited the Avvio offices to get more of an idea of what the hotel industry can expect from AI in the near future.  Frank Reeves and Samira Raj spoke to us about their new product, Allora, and more generally about the impact AI technology will have on the hotel industry.

Frank will be presenting 'The Rise of the Robots' at the Hotel Insights forum and chairing a panel to explore the topic further.
