QHotels at the double in annual VenueVerdict Group Award.

VenueVerdict sees QHotels take home a double award as No. 1 Large Group for meetings venues and a Gold Standard Brand award for six of its hotels achieving Gold Standard Accreditation for 2013. EEF Venues and etc.venues also received awards.
VenueVerdict is organised by BVA BDRC and is the only industry accreditation scheme which gives out awards solely on the basis of customer feedback. In 2013, BVA BDRC collected information from 22,000 meeting event hosts across 360 venues, with those chains who achieved the highest scores from customers being declared as providing the best customer experience for meetings and events.
EEF Venues received the award for No.1 Small Group (3-5 venues) as well as the Best Value for Money award, while etc.venues took the award for No.1 Medium Group (6-19 venues). VenueVerdict divides these awards into three categories to reflect the different challenges groups of different sizes face.
BVA BDRC has been running VenueVerdict for seven years and, over that period, participating venues have seen marked increases in quality standards. These awards, based on customer feedback, allow venues to develop better services and engage more closely with their customers.
