We are delighted to announce the latest release of the Business banking service quality results. Banks, building societies and regulators have worked with BVA BDRC to develop and display comprehensive information about the quality of service they offer, helping customers to compare different brands more easily. The publication of service quality survey results is one of the remedies from the Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA) retail banking market investigation.
BVA BDRC is one of the most trusted names in financial and business research and this latest major release is a continuation of BVA BDRC's history of specialised benchmarking and insight methodologies.
