HS1 Station Matters Survey - Conditions Générales du Tirage au Sort 2024

  1. The prize draw is promoted by BVA BDRC, 12-20 Baron Street, London, N1 9LL on behalf of High-Speed 1 (HS1)
  2. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules upon entry, and we reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these rules.

Eligibility

  1. The prize draw is open to all participants aged 16 years or over except the employees of HS1 or BVA BDRC, their families, agents, operators or any third party directly associated with the administration of the draw.
  2. You must provide an email address to be entered into the prize draw.
  3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  5. The prize draw is free to enter.

Entries

  1. The prize draw will only include those individuals who have completed the HS1 Station Matters Survey, from 3rd of every month to the 2nd of the following month. Entries after 11:59pm on 2nd of every month will be deemed invalid for that respective prize draw and will be included in the next month’s prize draw.
  2. To enter the prize draw, you must complete the HS1 Station Matters Survey, accessed electronically by QR code, Wi-Fi pop up or directly on the Station Matters website.
  3. BVA BDRC accepts no responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
  4. BVA BDRC accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

Prize

  1. The winner will be chosen by random draw, no later than two weeks after the closing date.
  2. The prize is subject to availability and is one of three £50 (fifty pounds) Amazon vouchers.
  3. BVA BDRC’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
  4. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  5. BVA BDRC reserves the right at anytime to substitute, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this prize draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control or to amend or modify these prize draw entry rules or the prize.
  6. The decision of BVA BDRC regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

  1. The winner will be notified by email no later than 00am on 15th of every month, via the email address provided in completion of the survey.
  2. A representative of BVA BDRC will attempt to contact the winner by email up to a maximum of two times.
  3. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email they will lose their right to the prize, and BVA BDRC reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
  4. If the winner fails to meet the eligibility requirements as set out in these terms and conditions or otherwise fails to comply with these terms, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and the BVA BDRC reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement.

Receipt of the Prize

  1. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

  1. Any personal data relating to the winners or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. This information will not be shared for any other purpose and it will be securely stored. It will be destroyed once prizes have been administered, or retained for 6 months, whichever is sooner. For further information on our privacy policy and your legal rights, please visit bva-bdrc.com. We may ask if we can share your details as a winner – if requested by other participants in the prize draw (see 24.) or in the event of the client wishing to publish the information. You have the right to remain anonymous.
  2. The winner(s) details will be available upon request for ninety (90) days after each draw’s closing date, and where the winner(s) has agreed to share their name, by sending a stamped addressed envelope and writing to the following address: “BVA BDRC HS1 Station Matters Survey Prize Draw Winner List Request”, BVA BDRC, 12-20 Baron Street, London, N1 9LL.

Limitation of Liability

  1. In so far as is permitted by law, BVA BDRC will not be responsible for, or liable to compensate the winner for, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence.
  2. BVA BDRC does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize.

General

  1. BVA BDRC reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw/survey and/or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, where it becomes necessary to do so.

Participations

  1. Le tirage au sort ne prendra en compte que les personnes ayant complété l’enquête HS1 Station Matters, entre le 3 de chaque mois et le 2 du mois suivant. Les inscriptions après 23h59 le 2 de chaque mois seront considérées comme invalides pour le tirage au sort respectif et seront incluses dans le tirage au sort du mois suivant.
  2. Pour participer au tirage au sort, vous devez compléter l’enquête HS1 Station Matters, accessible électroniquement via QR code, pop-up Wi-Fi ou directement sur le site web de Station Matters.
  3. BVA BDRC n’accepte aucune responsabilité si les coordonnées fournies sont incomplètes ou inexactes.
  4. BVA BDRC n’accepte aucune responsabilité pour les inscriptions non complétées avec succès en raison d’une panne technique ou d’un dysfonctionnement, d’une panne matérielle ou logicielle, d’une panne de satellite, de réseau ou de serveur de quelque nature que ce soit.

Prix

  1. Le gagnant sera choisi par tirage au sort, au plus tard deux semaines après la date de clôture.
  2. Le prix est soumis à disponibilité et consiste en l’un des trois bons Amazon de 50 £ (cinquante livres).
  3. L’utilisation par BVA BDRC de marques particulières comme prix n’implique aucune affiliation ou approbation de telles marques.
  4. Le prix est non échangeable, non transférable et aucune alternative en espèces n’est offerte.
  5. BVA BDRC se réserve le droit à tout moment de remplacer, modifier ou interrompre, temporairement ou définitivement, ce tirage au sort avec ou sans préavis pour des raisons indépendantes de leur volonté ou de modifier ou adapter ces règles de participation au tirage au sort ou le prix.
  6. La décision de BVA BDRC concernant tout aspect du tirage au sort est définitive et contraignante et aucune correspondance ne sera engagée à ce sujet.

Annonce du Gagnant

  1. Le gagnant sera informé par e-mail au plus tard à 00h00 le 15 de chaque mois, via l’adresse e-mail fournie lors de la complétion de l’enquête.
  2. Un représentant de BVA BDRC tentera de contacter le gagnant par e-mail jusqu’à un maximum de deux fois.
  3. Si le gagnant ne répond pas aux e-mails l’informant de sa victoire dans les 14 jours suivant le deuxième e-mail, il perdra son droit au prix, et BVA BDRC se réserve le droit de choisir et de notifier un nouveau gagnant.
  4. Si le gagnant ne satisfait pas aux exigences d’éligibilité telles que définies dans ces termes et conditions ou ne se conforme pas à ces termes, cela peut entraîner la perte du prix et BVA BDRC se réserve le droit de retirer le droit au prix.

Réception du Prix

  1. Veuillez prévoir 14 jours pour la livraison du prix ou d’autres arrangements de collecte ou de livraison peuvent être convenus mutuellement.

Protection des Données et Publicité

  1. Toute donnée personnelle relative aux gagnants ou à tout autre participant sera utilisée uniquement conformément à la législation britannique actuelle sur la protection des données. Les détails des gagnants seront disponibles sur demande pendant quatre-vingt-dix (90) jours après la date de clôture de chaque tirage, et où les gagnants ont accepté de partager leur nom, en envoyant une enveloppe timbrée et en écrivant à l’adresse suivante : “BVA BDRC HS1 Station Matters Survey Prize Draw Winner List Request”, BVA BDRC, 12-20 Baron Street, Londres, N1 9LL.

Limitation de Responsabilité

  1. Dans la mesure permise par la loi, BVA BDRC ne sera pas responsable ou n’indemnisera pas le gagnant pour toute perte, dommage, blessure personnelle ou décès survenant à la suite de la participation au prix, sauf s’il est causé par notre négligence.
